Plagiarism Policy

BELGI: Journal of Islamic Business and Decision Sciences maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and unethical publication practices.

All accepted manuscripts are routinely screened for plagiarism and similarity using Turnitin software prior to publication to ensure the originality and integrity of the published work. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, including but not limited to direct copying, substantial paraphrasing, or unattributed use of others’ ideas, will be immediately rejected or retracted. In cases where plagiarism is identified after publication, the article will be retracted in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policy and COPE guidelines.

The journal accepts a similarity index of no more than 20% (excluding references, quotations, and commonly used phrases). Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is entirely original and that all sources are properly cited. Any attempt at academic dishonesty will result in the rejection of the submission and may lead to further actions as deemed appropriate by the editorial board.
