BELGI: Journal of Islamic Business and Decision Sciences is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research at the intersection of decision science and Islamic business. The journal provides a scholarly platform for advancing knowledge, fostering academic dialogue, and supporting innovation in business practices shaped by Islamic values, with a particular emphasis on the food and service industries.
The journal prioritizes field research, both quantitative and qualitative, while also welcoming conceptual and theoretical contributions that significantly enrich the discourse on decision-making in Islamic business contexts. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, decision models in halal industries, service innovation, consumer behavior, entrepreneurial strategies, sustainability, and Sharia-compliant business practices.
Published biannually, BELGI operates under a double-blind peer review process and adheres to the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring free and permanent access for researchers worldwide.
The journal is published by the Undergraduate Program in Shariah Economic Law, STIS Al Wafa, Indonesia,, reflecting the institution’s commitment to supporting scholarly excellence and contributing to the global academic community in decision science and Islamic business studies.
